The Sunburst katana is made from sx105v alloy tool steel and mounted in brass fittings.

Because of a bulk order, no hishigami, and a different polisher, we are able to discount it from the regular sx105v katana price.

With an HRC of 58, it has the hardness to hold a sharp cutting edge; yet it can be bent to 70 degrees without deformation.  It has an impact resistance of 90 joules. This allows for repeated blows against harder targets.
